RUSTIC PESTO
INGREDIENTS:
- La Anyta Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Basil
- Pistachios or almonds 100 grs
- Garlic 2 teeth
- Dry and hydrated tomatoes 8 units
- Sautéed mushrooms 200 grs
- Parmesan 50 grams
PROCESS:
- Cut tomatoes, pistachios and mushrooms with a knife, it does not matter if there are generous pieces, the idea is that it is very rustic.
- Chop the garlic and basil.
- Mix all the ingredients and add the grated Parmesan.
- Season the mixture with salt, pepper and a lot of La Anyta olive oil.
