RUSTIC PESTO

INGREDIENTS:

  • La Anyta Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Basil
  • Pistachios or almonds 100 grs
  • Garlic 2 teeth
  • Dry and hydrated tomatoes 8 units
  • Sautéed mushrooms 200 grs
  • Parmesan 50 grams

PROCESS: 

  1. Cut tomatoes, pistachios and mushrooms with a knife, it does not matter if there are generous pieces, the idea is that it is very rustic.
  2. Chop the garlic and basil.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and add the grated Parmesan.
  4. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and a lot of La Anyta olive oil.
